What we collect

When you enquire or book, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, treatment choice, appointment date and time, and the address or location pin for your visit. If you tell us about a reschedule, cancellation, cash payment or service concern, we keep the details needed to handle it. Our payment provider tells us the transaction details and payment status; Spray Sisters does not receive your full card number.

Our website and its service providers may collect technical information, such as device, browser, IP address and cookie data, to operate and protect the site and understand its use. Your browser and any cookie controls on the site let you manage cookies where available.

How we use it

We use your details to arrange and deliver your treatment, contact you about payment and the appointment, send booking-related confirmations and reminders, handle changes, cancellations and refunds, respond to requests, keep necessary business records and protect the service. Booking-related contact may be by email, phone or WhatsApp. If you choose to pay cash, we record that choice so we can confirm the appointment. We do not treat a booking as consent to unrelated marketing messages.

Who receives it

The artist assigned to your appointment receives the details needed for the visit, including your name, treatment, time, phone number and location. We use service providers for the website, scheduling, payments, messaging and hosting, including Squarespace, Calendly, Stripe, Meta/WhatsApp and Cloudflare. These providers may process information outside the UAE. We share only what is needed for the relevant service and limit staff access to those who need it for their work.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, manage customer requests and disputes, and meet accounting or legal obligations. We then delete or de-identify information that is no longer needed, subject to any applicable requirement to retain a record. If you ask about a particular record, we can explain what we still hold and why.

Your choices and requests

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to a use of it, by emailing hello@spraysisters.com. Please provide the email or phone number used for the booking and an approximate appointment date so we can find the right record. We may need to verify that the request comes from you. Some payment or transaction records may have to be retained even after other booking details are deleted. See our Data Deletion Requests page for the process. You can also ask us to stop non-essential messages, but we may still need to contact you about an existing booking.

We may update this notice as the service changes. The date above shows the latest version.
